About this product
How the Reversible Mouldboard Plough works
The reversible mouldboard plough, also called a turn plough, does more than turn the soil. It also cuts and breaks through the edges of each slice, so nutrients that were buried deeper are brought up towards the surface where crops can use them.
Because the body can be switched from one side to the other, the field can be worked in both directions. That cuts down the time needed for cultivation and lets a farmer cover a large area quickly, while also helping to keep weeds and trash under control.
A reversible plough saves the most time on long, open fields, where turning at the headland is the slowest part of ploughing. Send us your tractor power and soil type and we will confirm the number of furrows, working width and weight of the current model in writing before you order.
Before you buy the Reversible Mouldboard Plough
Where fields are large and time is short, a reversible plough saves the empty runs and the dead furrows of a fixed plough. It asks more of the tractor, so match the number of bottoms to your power and your hydraulics. It is a good fit for contractors and farms that plough every year.

Questions
Questions about the Reversible Mouldboard Plough
It turns every furrow the same way, so the field ends up flat with no dead furrows or ridges. You also lose no time driving empty round the headland, which makes it a good fit for long working days.
