About this product
How the Torpedo Level works
Long levels are great on walls and floors, but they will not fit between pipes, inside a cabinet or along a conduit. A torpedo level is short enough to go there, with a tapered shape that makes it quick to find and easy to hold.
It carries three bubble vials: one for horizontal, one for vertical, and one angled at 45 degrees. The yellow aluminium or plastic body is bright and easy to spot on a job, and a magnetic edge lets it hold itself to steel pipes and frames, leaving both hands free for adjusting.
Plumbers, electricians, joiners, machine installers and fitters all keep one in the toolbox or a back pocket. It is cheap and easy to carry, and it avoids mistakes that cost much more than the level does. We supply them in cartons, with several vial styles.
Before you buy the Torpedo Level
A pocket-length level fits where a long level cannot, and the magnetic edge holds it on pipes and metal frames. It is a good second level to carry. Check it against a trusted straight edge now and then.

Questions
Questions about the Torpedo Level
Accurate enough for most fitting work, though a longer level gives a better reference over long surfaces.
