About this product

How the Angle Polisher works

Polishing by hand is slow and uneven. A powered polisher spins a soft pad at controlled speed, working compound into the surface and lifting scratches and dullness so the colour and depth come back.

The tool has an angle-grinder style body in red and white, with a ribbed motor housing for cooling and a black side handle that screws into either side for a two-handed hold. A trigger and speed dial control the pad's rotation, and a yellow sponge pad is fitted for polishing.

Fit different pads for different jobs: foam for paint, wool for heavy cutting, felt for metal and stone. It is used in car care, boat and machinery maintenance and stone and tile finishing. Work in small areas, keep the pad moving, and use the compound the pad and surface need.

Before you buy the Angle Polisher

An angle polisher brings up a shine on paint, stone and metal, and the variable speed helps you avoid burning the surface. Choose the right pad and compound for each job, and work in small areas rather than rushing over a large one.
